Our products are available across Western Australia at leading landscape suppliers as well as at our own factory direct retail outlet. Rural areas enquiries throughout Western Australia. You will receive your order within 3 working days within the Metro area of Perth, or delivery is for free. We understand the importance of on time delivery and we are committed to providing you with a fast and efficient delivery.
- All Remastone products are manufactured using natural raw materials, therefore variation in sizes texture and colour may occur.
- All Remastone product dimensions are in millimetres and are nominal. Manufactured sizes may vary between production runs and type of products.
- Efflorescence is a white deposit that may appear on your blocks/pavers after installation. This is a temporary condition caused by the migration of salt to the surface of the product due to evaporation. Do not attempt to clean the deposit with any chemicals or industrial cleaners it will dissipate in time.
- Some chipping and breakage may occur during transportation. This should not exceed 5% of the total project and should be used for cutting.
- To protect your pavers, make sure that they are laid properly on clean sand, free of salt, with 2-3 mm joints between each paver. Use clean dry fine white sand to fill the gaps between the pavers.
- We recommend that you seal your pavers to protect them. Consult the sealer manufacturer /supplier before you apply the sealer to the product.
- Any claims for damaged or faulty goods should be made within two working days of delivery and before the product is built or laid.
- Some projects may require approvals from the local Authorities. Check with your local Council/Shire before you proceed with your project.
- Please make your selection of product carefully. We do not give refunds, if you simply change your mind or make the wrong choice. Exchanges and refunds will only be given where goods are faulty or completely damaged.
- For best results, use the service and advice of a qualified architect, quantity surveyor/ structural engineer / landscaping specialist/ installer
