Remastone guarantees delivery within 4 working days for our block and capping range. We endeavour to provide the same delivery timeframe for our paving range; however, this is subject to stock availability and may not always be possible due to varying stock levels and delivery schedules (*conditions apply).
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, excluding public holidays. As deliveries are carried out by contracted transport providers, we are unable to specify or guarantee an exact delivery time, as logistics schedules can vary. You will receive an SMS notification once your order has left our premises.
All products are delivered on pallets and, for the safety of our drivers, deliveries are strictly placed on the verge. Requests for specific delivery times or placement locations cannot be accommodated.
We can also provide delivery quotations for selected country areas. Please speak with our team, who will confirm whether delivery is available to your location and provide a transport quote where applicable.
In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” Remacity Pty Ltd trading as Remastone and “you” means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email; Placing your order:
• We sell and deliver products only within the state of Western Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of the State of Western Australia unless you the customer contact us for the terms and conditions relating to the other States of Australia
• By placing your order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these terms and conditions
• Once we receive your order, we will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and a tax invoice after internal validation procedures carried by us.
• Remastone and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
• If we cannot process or fulfil your order for one reason or another, we will contact you by email or phone to notify you .
• All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST Inclusive
• For payment, we currently accept: Cash, Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Direct debit
• Business days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays and another closing time advertised on our website.
• Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not processed until the next business day.
• If you are coming to collect your order for handload, Please note we do not help in loading your vehicle that is your responsibility to do so.
• We reserve the right to change prices for Products displayed at our E-commerce at any time before you place an Order and without any notification.
• We reserve the right to decline transactions subject to technical error.
• Unit price of products shown excludes shipping costs.
