Remastone guarantee delivery within 3 working days for our block and capping range. Depending on stock levels we endeavour to deliver the same promise on our paving range, however, this is not always possible due to stock levels and delivery timeframes (*Conditions apply).

We can organize delivery on Mondays to Fridays between 7.30am and 5.30pm. As we contract out our deliveries we are unable to specify a timeframe as logistics are unpredictable. You will receive an SMS to notify you when your order has left our premises. All our products are delivered on pallets and dropped on the verge of your property. If the goods are to be delivered somewhere other than your front verge, and we believe we are able to do so, we will ask for signed disclaimer in case of any damage incurred during the delivery. We also provide quotations for transport to certain country areas, ssk our staff who will confirm if we can quote for your location.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” Remacity Pty Ltd trading as Remastone and “you” means you the
customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you
for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email;
Placing your order:

• We sell and ship Products only within the state of Western Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of
the State of Western Australia unless you the customer contact us for the terms and conditions relating to
the other States of Australia

• By placing your order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on
these terms and conditions

• Once we receive your order, we will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order
confirmation and a tax invoice after internal validation procedures carried by us.

• Remastone and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content,
or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

• If we cannot process or fulfil your order for one reason or another, we will contact you by email or phone to
notify you .

Pricing and Paying for your order

• All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST Inclusive

• For payment, we currently only accept, Cash, Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Direct debit

• Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.

• Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business
day.

• Business days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays and another closing time advertised on
our website.

• We reserve the right to change prices for Products displayed at our E-commerce at any time before you place
an Order and without any notification.

• We reserve the right to decline transactions subject to technical error.

• Unit price of products shown excludes shipping costs.

• Shipping costs and Handling fees are shown separately

Delivering your order

• Deliveries will take place between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

• We will endeavour to deliver the goods within five working days unless product is not in stock, in which case
we will try to contact you to arrange a delivery date. These shipping times may change due to circumstances
beyond our control.

• Goods will be delivered to address indicated on your purchase order.

• Our delivery stops at the front verge of the address indicated on your purchase order

• Safe access to the verge and enough clear room must be available to the delivery driver, in most cases we use
semitrailers with a tractor forklift to deliver the goods.

• If the driver deems the area not safe, your delivery will not be completed, and delivery charges will still be
applied.
